Northern Virginia’s
New Children’s Museum

Children’s Science Center is a new interactive children’s museum in Northern Virginia focused on math and science. We are currently in the process of securing a site in Reston, and we plan to begin welcoming visitors by next fall!

Before we open our doors, though, we have spent the past few years working toward our goal to make science and math cool again through our “Museum without Walls” program. You may have seen us at one of the community events throughout Northern Virginia where we have provided engaging, science-focused activities for children ages 2-12.

Through these programs and our soon-to-open facility, we’re committed to sparking children’s interest in math and science to help grow our nation’s future generations of scientists and engineers! We hope you will take a few minutes to learn more about our museum and perhaps be inspired to join us as we create a fun and educational resource for the families in our region.
