Kids Only!

Children’s Science Center will be a children’s museum where you can play and explore in cool exhibits! We’re not open yet, but we plan to welcome families to our new building in the future! For now, please look out for our Museum without Walls at many local festivals and schools.

Operation Firefly

Thank you to all the kids across Northern Virginia who became Citizen Scientists part of Operation Firefly. They helped us observe and track firefly populations in our area. We will not be running Operation Firefly this year but if you would still like to participate in observing fireflies, visit the Museum of Science, Boston’s website to learn about their national Firefly Watch program.
